Filta supplied and installed a GMC100 grease recovery unit under the prewash sink of the hotel kitchen. Key aspects of the solution included:

- Connection to the prewash sink only, following United Utilities guidance to avoid dishwasher connections.
- Drop test completed and confirmed efficient water flow.
