Grease Master Junior Features

High Quality Design & Construction

The Grease Master Junior is manufactured using 304 grade stainless steel and features an internal filter basket for collecting solid food waste and solidified fats and grease.

Minimal Maintenance

Daily: For the Grease Master Junior to work efficiently the filter basket must be removed on a daily basis and the collected food waste correctly disposed of. Liquid oils that cannot be removed by the filter basket should be scooped out with a suitable container on a daily basis and correctly disposed of.

Weekly: To stop the build-up of fine sludge sediment it is recommended that on a weekly basis, the contents of the trap are stirred whilst allowing a full sink of clean water to drain. This will wash the fine sediment harmlessly away.

Fully Sealed Lid

TThe easily removable lid of the Grease Master Junior is fully sealed with a replaceable rubber gasket and is secured by four catches to ensure that your commercial kitchen remains odour-free at all times.

Compatibility & Flexibility

Each Grease Master Junior grease trap is supplied with adjustable legs that allow the unit to be raised off the floor for cleaning underneath it or to help marry up with existing pipe work.
